Orders & Shipping
When your order has been placed with BöSQ online store, a conformation email will be sent to your nominated email address. We endeavour to process your order within the first 24-48hr of being placed. BöSQ online store offers free express shipping service to all our Australian shoppers and therefore we pride ourselves in getting your order out as soon as possible. We do ask you to note there may be delays out of our immediate control with our delivery partners which may result in a delay however a tracking ID will be provided to you as soon as your order is processed for you to track and we thank you for your understanding if this occurs.
RETURNS
BöSQ return request forms are to be completed and emailed to design@bosq.com.au BöSQ returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned within 14 days. If you are eligible for a return, a credit note will be issued to you via email. Please note, we do not issue refunds unless an item is deemed faulty.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The item/s must be in original condition with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please be sure to take care when trying on our garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume, body odour or laundry detergent.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. BöSQ has the rights to deny any item/s that aren’t returned in their original condition, without their tags attached or smelling of body odour, perfume, laundry detergent, marks/stains and will be returned to the customer.

 

Return costs are at the expense of the customer, we do not offer free returns. We do recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
SALES
Sales only include selected styles and excludes all new season collection - Sale prices are valid online in Australia within Australia. BöSQ online does not offer sale price adjustments or any form of price matching. We do not offer exchanges on sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.
FAULTY
If you have received a faulty item please email us at design@bosq.com.au with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed on return and deemed faulty by BöSQ. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

BöSQ gift cards will have a 2 year validation period from date of purchase.
